Return conditions
☆ All the products are in their initial condition, tags intact and still attached, art print unbent and without any scratches or damage. We won’t be able to issue a full refund on damaged goods.
☆ It has been less than two weeks since you received your order.
☆You have a stripe or paypal account (we will only be able to transfer money to you through these channels)
Return steps
☆ You let us know via mail ( contact@gorlsworld.com ) that you would like to place a return. We will give you the address that the package has to reach. (Please make sure to seal and pack the return package as well as you can so that the items can reach us in pristine condition, we really want to be able to refund you the totality of your order but we will only be able to do so if the items are in the condition they were in in the first place.)
☆ We agree on the best shipping option. Preferably the best value isn’t too expensive so that you don’t have to invest too much of your own money, but also not too slow so that the package can arrive to us faster and we can then reimburse you asap. Please be sure to keep the receipt so that we can have proof of shipping. We recommend tracked and insured shipping to protect the value of your order. We will reimburse half of the total shipping after tax. This reimbursement will occur all at once when we receive your package and refund you the value of the goods which you sent us back. You will receive a single payment composed of the value of the returned items+ half the shipping price.
☆ Once the package is sent back to us and we have received it, we will let you know via mail that your package has been received! There will be a thorough integrity check on the jewelry and art prints. This will take maximum 2 business days. Please note that we are only able to issue full refunds on intact products. Once the integrity check is completed, we will send you a second mail informing you of the condition of your items and of the total amount that will be refunded to you. You can then share your paypal or stripe account, and we will be happy to refund you the value of the items returned+ half the shipping price for the return!
